After the tragic death of superstar, Sushant Singh Rajput, a web series is coming out which will capture the life of Sushant Singh Rajput and Pakistani actor, Hassan Khan will be playing the character of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in an upcoming project, produced under an Indian streaming platform.
Khan announced the news on Instagram saying, “Alhamdulillah got a project which is really close to my heart, playing Sushant Singh Rajput’s character Indian web.”
Hasan Khan will be seen playing the character of Indian actor late Sushant Singh Rajput in a web series that will premier on Amazon Prime.
Hassan Ali gained recognition after starring in the television series Yeh Zindagi Hai.
However, Amazon Prime has denied hiring the Pakistani actor for the role. “Amazon Prime Video has not commissioned or licensed any project on the late Sushant Singh Rajput with actor Hasan Khan or for that matter with anyone else”, the company wrote in a statement.
Amazon had unofficially told that no project on the life of Sushant Singh Rajput has been green-lit.
Meanwhile, Hasan has replaced ‘Primevideoin’ with ‘Indian Web’ on his post.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide at his Bandra home in Mumbai. The Mumbai Police have confirmed the news of the 34-year-old actor.
Although the police ruled the cause of death as suicide, the family of the late 34-years-old actor had filed a case against his ex-girlfriend and actress Rhea Chakraborty.
