The Taare Zameen Par child, Darsheel Safary, who left everyone stunned by his acting as Ishan Awasthi, has grown up into a handsome boy.

The young Darsheel made his acting debut as a child star with Amir Khan in Taare Zameen Par as a dyslexic child. The film won many accolades and due to his acting, Darhseel also bagged many awards.
After that he worked in many films like Bumm Bumm Bole (2010), which also received much appreciation, and Zokkomon, which failed badly at the box office.
Other than movies, Darsheel Safary has recently worked in a TV series Pyar Tune Kya Kiya inspired by Alladin, opposite Abigail Jain. He also appeared in India’s famous dance show, Jhalak Dikhlaja. Recently, he has performed in a stage show Can I Help You? at NCPA Mumbai.
