Google, Gmail, YouTube, Drive Down? Users facing issue logging in and using Google services

Millions of users are reporting outage on Google services including Gmail, YouTube, and Google search.

Google services including Gmail, YouTube, and Google search seems to be down for some users. Downdetector confirms the outage and according to its webiste, almost every Google services like Google Drive, Hangouts, Meet, Play and Duo are affected.

At the time of writing this article, Downdetector showed over 9,000 reported cases from users having issues accessing YouTube. Similar outage was reported on Gmail and YouTube.

The users, trying to access Google Docs are seeing the message “Google Docs encountered and error. Please try reloading this page, or coming back to it in a few minutes,”  while on the other hand YouTube users are seeing its error page with a monkey which states “Something went wrong” along with a search bar.

If we talk about the Gmail, users trying to login their accounts to send out their important mails are facing an error page that says ‘We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes. You can view the G Suite Status Dashboard for the current status of the service.’

However, Google has not officially updated its users regarding the current outage.
