Shivaay is an upcoming thriller film directed and produced by Ajay Devgan under his banner Ajay Devgn Films. This film will be the second directorial venture of the actor after ‘U Me Aur Hum’. Ajay stars in the film with Sayyeshaa Saigal and Erika Kaar. Shivaay is a Himalayan mountaineer who is an innocent fellow but he could be a destroyer when he needs to protect his family.

Shivaay will clash with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Kjo’s film features an ensemble cast of Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Fawad Khan and Anushka Sharma.The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 28 October 2016 on the Diwali weekend.This will be not the first time that Ajay’s movie will be clashing big banner movie, On 13th Nov 2012 Ajay’s “Son Of Sardaar” clashes with Yashraj’s “Jab Tak hai Jaan”.
