Ever since Kaifi Khalil’s iconic song ‘Kahani Suno 2.0’ has released, musicians and celebrities not just from Pakistan but all around the world have become addicted to the song and rolling out their own versions of the super-hit song.
The song had also been featured as the OST in a Pakistani drama serial ‘Mujhe Pyar Hua Tha.’ Last month, Kahani Suno 2.0 also secured the 8th spot on YouTube’s Global Music Video Charts.
After achieving so many fleets, Kahani Suno has now been covered by local singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan. The singer released his own version of the song under the name ‘Kahani Suno 4.0’ and netizens couldn’t help but laugh. Here, have a look at the song:
Chahat appeared in the video wearing a yellow kurta and coat, and delivered his signature style while singing the iconic ‘Kahani Suno’.
After the video went viral, many viewers found his rendition quite funny, while others viewed this version as a disrespect toward the hit song and the singer.
Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, whose real name is Kashif Rana, rose to fame after his song ‘Ye jo Pyara PSL hai,’ which is his own anthem for the eighth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The musician released the ‘PSL anthem’ on Twitter on February 9, even before the official song by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was released. The song quickly became popular on the site, and many netizens even declared it the ‘best song of PSL 8’. While some social media users trolled the singer, others enjoyed his singing and compared his version to the original tournament anthem.
