The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has given the green signal to the national cricket team, Pakistan tour to England, to play their first international cricket match since the global pandemic breakout. Pakistan England schedule for 2020 is based on three Test and three T20 matches.
Pakistani team have to play inter-squad matches among themselves and get comfortable with the England home ground as there would be no warm-up matches or tour matches for both teams before both Test and T20 series.
The national team will leave for Manchester from Lahore on a specially chartered flight this Sunday. Here is the following schedule for Pakistan’s Test and T20 Matches in England in upcoming month of 2020.
Tests series:
1st Test: Aug 5- Aug 9, 03:30 PM IST (Old Trafford, Manchester)
2nd Test: Aug 13- 17, 03:30 PM IST (Rose Bowl, Southampton)
3rd Test: Aug 21- 25, 03:30 PM IST (Rose Bowl, Southampton)
T20 series:
1st T20I: Aug 28, 10:30 PM IST (Rose Bowl, Southampton)
2nd T20I: Aug 30, 07:00 PM IST (Rose Bowl, Southampton)
3rd T20I: Sept 1, 10:30 PM IST (Rose Bowl, Southampton)
The above schedule can be updated if there are any changes made by the authorities. Moreover, The West Indies cricket team will be the first one to visit England even before Pakistan, from 8th to 28Th July just to play the series. After the series is over, Pakistan cricket team will return to Lahore on 2nd September.
