Amir Khan, Faryal Makhdoom to star in BBC Documentary ‘Meet The Khans’

The ever controversial couple, Boxer Amir Khan and his wife, blogger and influencer Faryal Makhdoom are known for creating buzz constantly on social media and now we can all witness it live as they have signed a reality TV series called Meet the Khans.

The couple is always surrounded by controversies as their leaked videos surface on social media and at other times some family drama is being played out on public platforms, none the less, they can finally do this all on live television.

Amir Khan has also been part of reality TV previously with I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Countdown, Beat the Star, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and Celebrity Juice.

The show was also announced last week on Edinburgh TV festival by BBC Three controller Fiona Campbell. Campbell said: “It’s about family and struggles and relationships. It epitomizes what BBC Three wants to be. It’s going to be really cool.”

BBC in its official statement said that the documentary will “take us into the world of Olympic medalist and boxing World Champion Amir Khan and his fashion and beauty influencer wife, Faryal Makhdoom. It’s an all-access area look into the dynamics of this young couple in Amir’s beloved Bolton as they juggle a young family, their relationship and career pressures under the glare of modern media.”

The couple’s three children will also feature in the documentary and will tell that how this couples juggles successful careers, family and their fame at the same time.
