PUBG mobile to ban hackers for using cheat codes

Many Player Unknown’s Battleground (PUBG) Mobile player suffers from hackers and cheaters, which is probably the biggest draw-back of the game, they make a lot of complaint regarding these hackers, who are now using “Spectate Mode” to cheat in the game, cheating player use’s two mobile devices, one device will be used to play the match as usual and the other as spectator device to use an x-ray vision plug-in to cheat, hence giving them an unfair advantage.

To counter this situation, PUBG Mobile has introduced a new “anti-cheat” system, that will stop players who are using any unfair means to win the game.

The game developers stated that, with the new enactment of anti-cheat, the spectators will be able to see only what is visible to the active player, this technique will prevent the spectator players to pin point the opponent team players location and kill them.

The developers explained this on their blog-post as:

“The game server will determine in real-time whether a player is visible in the view of the host. If it determines that a player is not visible in the view of the host, it will not transmit the location data of the player to spectators.”

Moreover, the developers also said that the issue regarding “one-shot kill” cheat issue has also been resolved.

They developers strongly guaranteed the reliability and security of the system by adding the fact that cheaters using this system will not be able to modify game data as this new mechanism will monitor data in real-time.
